You can boost your chances of success and minimize “pitfalls,” hassles, and delays if you know what options are available. Visit our main Canadian immigration page if you want to learn more about the basics of immigrating to Canada.

HERE ARE THE FIVE WAYS TO IMMIGRATE TO CANADA IN 2022:

  1. EXPRESS ENTRY

The express entry allows the immigrants to survive and work in Canada as skilled workers and it is also one of the fastest ways to enter Canada. It is used to manage PR applications for three different immigration schemes based on economic class:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (Federal Skilled Worker Program)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (Federal Skilled Trades Program)
  • Class on the Canadian Experience

It is graded using a point system that takes into account language, education, work experience, age, job offer, and flexibility. The points are awarded to applicants using a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).

Documents for express entry are,

  • Travel document (passport)
  • The results of the language test
  • Report on educational credential evaluation
  • Nomination by the province (if you have one)
  • If you have one, a written job offer from a Canadian employer, proof of work experience, and a certificate of qualification in a trade vocation issued by a Canadian province or territory are all required (if you have one)
  • Evidence of funds

If your Express Entry profile is approved, you will be added to the candidate pool. A points-based mechanism will be used to rank you in the Express Entry pool. Candidates with the top scores in the pool receive an invitation to apply. You will have 90 days to file your permanent residence application.

THE PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS (PNP)

It is primarily intended for candidates who wish to reside in a specific province or area. To contribute to a province or territory’s economy, they must have the necessary skills, education, and work experience. Provinces have their immigration policies, called “streams,” that target specific populations. Students, business people, and skilled employees may be targeted by a particular province. You can apply either on paper or through Express Entry, which is an online process.

  • Paper-based process – You must apply to the province for nomination under a non-Express Entry stream if you use the paper-based approach. You must file a written application for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada once you have been nominated (IRCC).
  • Express Entry Process – One approach to apply for nomination under the Express Entry process is to contact a province directly. If your province has nominated you, build an Express Entry profile or edit an existing one to reflect your nomination.

Applicants under the PNP category, on the other hand, are normally required to live in the individual provinces after they arrive in Canada. Furthermore, to be eligible for most PNPs, you must have a job offer from a Canadian business.

The Following are the province or territories that grants PNP

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nova Scotia
  • Ontario
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Saskatchewan
  • Yukon

Keep in mind that Quebec lacks a provincial nominee program. It has its own immigration rules, such as Quebec-selected skilled employees. To do so, you must apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate from the Quebec government. If you receive the certificate, you can apply for permanent residence with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

If you are at least 22 years old, a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person registered as an Indian in Canada under the Canadian Indian Act, you can sponsor your family.

Eligibility

You can apply for a study visa online using Student Direct Stream if you live in China, India, Morocco, Pakistan, the Philippines, Senegal, or Vietnam. Normally, the SDS app.

IMMIGRATION DURING A PANDEMIC

We are convinced that Canada’s immigration policies, both short and long-term, will support your aims as we face ever-changing conditions connected to COVID-19. Between 2021 and 2023, Canada aims to welcome more than 1.2 million newcomers, which will help the country recover economically from the coronavirus pandemic. The most recent temporary immigration limitations on short-term travel to Canada have little bearing on Canada’s long-term immigration rules. In reality, Canada is faring much better than the majority of countries when it comes to limiting the COVID-19 virus. Above all, these advancements will not preclude our fully staffed, Canada-based offices from working on your application in the same way that we are doing it remotely. For all of our qualifying clients, we are submitting applications under the immigration programs.
